For all practical purposes, virtually every line of office desks have some type of "modularity" - the ability to build a system using
standard components.
Recent developments in product and system design is taking this concept to new levels. No longer
are products dedicated for "open plan' cubicles, or exclusively "private office". Systems are now in place so that the same
product line can be used virtually anywhere in the office.
The most recent concept is "benching". This incorporates components
typically found in cubicles and private offices, but places them in an incredibly open and collaborative setting. This can be best
