Modular furniture is designed to move. We can do it!

Your space needs will change with your business needs. Sometimes you may just need to rework a workstation, or two. Other times you may need to move an entire floor of offices to a new location.

Officenter can access your current office plan, plan your new space and provide the labor to compete the project. We'll even manage the project for you.

An integral part of this process is determining exactly what "parts and pieces" you will need to achieve your goal.

These services are typically quoted on a "time and material" basis.

Free delivery and installation is always included in your furniture purchase!

Officenter maintains its own fleet of delivery vehicles. We deliver our own products, install them and provide service and repair if a product fails.

We maintain control of this process in order to be sure that your product arrives in a timely manner and is installed properly.

 

Keep Your Upholstered Furniture Looking New!

Officenter can restore your upholstered furniture, workstation panels and carpeting to an "almost new" look.

We do not "steam" or "shampoo". We use a deep cleaning program that extracts a maximum amount of dirt from your fabric.

All of our cleaning processes use cleaning products that are free of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC's) that may be harmful to your employees and the environment.

To keep your furniture new after it is cleaned, we also offer fabric protection services as an option.

Officenter has several options to help you finance your furniture installation.

For smaller purchases, we always offer the option of using MasterCard, or Visa.

Officenter will work with you for your short term financing needs by establishing a payment plan for you. This typically involves three to five payments beginning with order placement.

Longer term financing needs can be met through one of our leasing partners. We have access to several programs at market rates for terms lasting from 24 to 60 months.

 

Officenter maintains a climate contolled warehouse in Morgantown, PA.

We can temporarily store your furniture while your workspace is being completed, or if you are in a transition period. Inventory management services are also available.

The success of any project begins with its design.

Typically, design services are part of our furniture package. Space planning, layout, print production and specification services can be priced on a stand-alone basis. This is especially useful to help you assess your workspace needs, and to establish a budget.

Officenter's design team is unsurpassed in the industry. Our staff of in-house designers are spaceplanning and design professionals with the education and experience to bring your project to life.

Officenter supports our Design Team with the best AutoCAD system available including a complete furniture library for all of our manufacturers.
