Pennsylvania State Agencies...

Officenter has partnered with many State Agencies since we were founded in 1989. We have major installations in every County in Pennsylvania. We can accommodate any of your furnishing needs from small "MasterCard Purchases" to major installations.

Agencies of the Commonwealth now have two major options for their Office Furniture purchases.

"Strategic Sourcing"

The "Systems Furniture" Contract #4400004628

For the last five years, Agencies have been restricted by the "Strategic Sourcing" program for furniture and many other products. Fortunately, this restriction has been removed and agencies now have greater latitude in choosing their suppliers.

This replaces the contract formerly referred as "7105-05". This allows State Agencies and other eligible entities to purchase a wide range of products. It basically covers all products with the exception of Systems Furniture (cubicles). Many manufacturers that have not been available to State Agencies can now be accessed using this new contract!

This contract covers workstations and their components, and modular wood desking. There are two sections of this contract. The first one is to match. or add on to, "existing" furniture that you already have. Click here for an overview.

For Other State Contract users...

All of the State Contracts listed above are available for use by Counties, Municipalities, School Districts and Universities. In addition, many of the vendors who hold State Contracts now make their discounts available to registered COSTARS users.
